Bad guy resembling Donald Pleasance?

One of the bad guys in the 2nd to last scene looked so much like Donald Pleasance (http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0000587/), I was totally surprised when I didn't see his name in the credits. DP was born in 1919, so he would've been 49 at the tie of filming. Does anyone know who the actor was resembling DP?

I suspect it's Phillip Manikum, who played Georgie. Four and a half years late, I know.
