GOOF at the beginning

When all the officers, ladies and Chuka are seated around the dining table, John Mills' character is hosting. As one officer stands, he is shot with an arrow through the window. Chuka immediately dives through the same window in retaliation, and we hear the glass breaking. Wouldn't the arrow have broken the glass already?

The window was open - with the curtains blowing in the breeze - before the arrow was fired. Chuka dove through the bottom half but ended up taking the upper half with him (it hit him mid-back.) A sound effect may have been added for emphasis, though, because it sounded like he shattered a giant plate glass window!
