a compilation tape with this on it?

I was shown this at college but it was on a tape with some other short films, I think they were all by scorsesse (wow I should know how to spell that) but this is the only one I can remember. Anyone have any idea what that tape could be? I think there was about 5 or 6 short films on it.

nothing to do with children of the corn, I've never even seen it ok?
