I fainted!

Saw this film in my final year of highschool, in my media class.
Never lived down the fact that i woke up cold and sweating on the floor before it finished.
Started my love affair with film and big marty S.

I seriously don't blame you!

I was feeling so sick and sweaty after this that I went on an aimless wonder for about 15 minutes on a freezing cold day just to recover from it.

I've never thought a film would have such an emotional effect on me! (And hopefully never will do again).

I just watched it on youtube and i was wanting to hit the x button so bad

Blood does not making me squeamish, but when I first saw this in a class a few years ago I thought I was going to pass out. I dismissed it because I hadn't eaten or gotten much sleep. However, I just watched it again and the same thing happened. It wasn't as bad, but it still happened. I think it was kind of the point though, so nice job, Marty.

There is a short film inspired by this one which takes it a little further. It's called Cutting Moments.

Never, ever watch it.

If I have to tell you again, we're gonna take it outside and I'm gonna show you what it's like!

Human nature is funny. I searched for it on Youtube as soon as I read your warning to never watch it.

That was one chilling short film. Thanks for mentioning it.

ENOUGH from the clown!!!!!!!!

What can i say, I can handle my gore, enjoy movies like Evil Dead, Dawn of the Dead etc, but this just made me feel sick, got so sweaty thought I was going to faint. Theres something about these cringe-inducing movies that is more sickening than slashers. Had a similar effect from watching Black Swan in a few places.

I used to be able to handle gore easily, but that's cos most of it is so unrealistic and the acting is bad enough that I don't feel sorry for the characters going through it. But there was something about this short film that sickened me. I know the situation was unrealistic, but it made it look like it could be realistic. lol it's hard to explain, but it made me feel faint as well.

You guys are all joking, right?

If this really made you faint, what effect do films like Cannibal Holocaust, Traces of Death, Salo, Martyrs, A Serbian Film, Flower of Flesh and Blood, August Underground, etc, have on you?
