There are student comments (don't know from where) about Belle de jour, Diary of a Chambermaid and The Exterminating Angel. They are really interesting to read, because they're apparently reactions from all sorts of people - some don't get it at all and some are onto something although they might be novices to Buñuel and this type of cinema. A lot of the comments are very matter-of-fact but still says something about the effect of the movie. Some comments are unintentionally pretty funny. A few are Buñuelesque themselves -- "Where did the water go from the broken pipe?" -- "The bear looks like a white cat." (from Exterminating Angel).
