We saw Anger (the doorman), Sloth (the lawyer), Lust (Raquel Welch), Gluttony and Avarice (the amusement park dates), and Envy (in the green leisure suit). That's 6, and I can't think of another one, nor do I know the list off the top of my head.

The seventh is Vanity. Vanity is listed in the IMDb credits as a character, so I'm sure Vanity was shown in the film, but I do not remember who exactly it was.
