The Isetta Eleanor Bron gets into is a three-wheeler variant, a popular choice in Britain where it legally qualifies as a motorcycle with much lower tax/insurance rates (IIRC). Nice little touch there as this guy with his bottom-rung car is living the life Stanley can only dream of (or wish for.)
