Maybe I'm just being a typical Londoner here but, er...why does Stanley Moon turn Welsh when he wishes to be articulate? Wouldn't a posh southern accent have made more sense?

Surely that was just another of George's jokes on Stanley? He didn't specify an accent, just articulation. George threw in a twist for every wish.
