it has been released by kino this october 2006...................the one you referred to was a bootleg

Good news about the Kino release. Bad news about it being a bootleg. I wonder what the Kino version's quality is like.

The KINO release is a two-disc set with the feature on one and supplements on the second.

The print transfer is about as good as one is likely to get, but is lush and clean and in a generous widescreen presentation that looks about right. The camera work and widescreen compositions are shown to their full advantage and the original Russian tracks sound very good for the period.
