Was Sparky going around wearing women's pumps?

I was watching part 1 of The Most Dangerous Race and while Trixie, Speed, and Sparky are having a "conversation" up in the Alps Speed starts to rough up Sparky a little cuz of something he said and then Sparky walks away dejectedly. I couldn't help but notice that he seemed he was prominently wearing what looked to be red pumps...with his tight high water jeans. Now I ain't saying Sparky is a fruit loop or anything (not that there's anything wrong with that) but that did seem a little weird.

No, they were weird red boots, very stylish and popular men's wear during the late 60's/early 70's. Remember the era; men's fashions were pretty wild and flashy. That would be pretty warped if Sparky was wearing women's heels.
