Does anyone have 2:8 The Peep Freak on dvd or vhs?

I need to see this, as it is now the only screen performance of John Cazale's which I have not seen. I find it so frustrating that something of such significance should be near impossible to watch.. I would love for someone to upload this episode to youtube, in parts if necessary. Even if it gets taken down quickly, I hope I will be able to watch it in time...
