it was a kha-AH-ahahah comedy.

In other words it was one of the many, many tv comedies of the 60s which has a loose plot, repetitious acting, the same actors no matter what the series, and the same constantly reused laugh track that make much repeated "Kha-AH-ahahahah" sound. These include The Patty Duke Show, The Phyllis Diller Show, F-Troop (which did have it great cast), Bailies of Balboa, Date with the Angels, Harrigan and Son, etc, etc.

Mr. Terrific was ok in the casting, and the SFX were all right for the comedy, but it would have been a better concept had it been played somewhat straight. With Beamish a nudnik until he took the pill and a flawless demi-god while it was active.

Yeah this was a comedy that really wasn't funny. At all.
