Beginning Saturday, 16 July at noon central time, Decades TV will have an Ironside marathon all weekend through 5am Monday. The channel will air episodes from seasons 5 and 6. Unfortunately for many Ironside fans, Decades TV is only carried on a few cable/satellite tv providers. I really wish they'd release ALL seasons of Ironside on DVDs at a REASONABLE price that can be played on my old-fashioned DVD player! I hope MeTV brings back Ironside soon! 😉

shareJust found Ironside while doing the usual remote control thingy(LOl). Sometimes I think I am in the Time Tunnel...all those great nostalgia stations(METV, Cozi TV, Decades, Antenna TV and H & I (Heroes and Icons), with great shows like Mannix, Hunter, Hill Street Blues and NYPD Blue. All the shows that I watched when I was a kid I can watch again....been watching TV since 1950 when we bought our first TV set(I was 7). I am still a TV junkie...with over 900 hundred channels to choose from..and I still look for the old programs(LOL).
shareWell you got me beat by about 700 channels but of the 200 I have minus sports programming and reality shows, the rest of my tv viewing does consist of metv, cozi, decades, antenna tv, never heard of H & I though. I just cant get into to todays dramas and comedys on the major and premium channels.
shareI do watch a lot of dramas on broadcast TV but 2 of them had their last run this season: Person of Interest and The Good Wife. I have given up on today's sitcoms and would rather watch Happy Days, Laverne and Shirley, Good Times, Sanford and Son...even I Love Lucy on Sunday afternoons...omg...I saw little Ricky born the first time(LOL). I have the entire boxed set of Lucy and her movies with Desi. Classics...Imagine..these shows have been on since 1951 and are still funny.
