Does anyone remember when Space Ghost did a crossover in the Herculoids? Not only the Herculoids but he also crossed with other Hanna-Barbera characters at that time like Mighty Mightor and Moby Dick I belive (Strange as that may sound). It was a story where Space Ghost had been tossed into other worlds by his enemies. No one seems to have a copy of this or even remember it happening but it was a pretty big deal to kids at the time. Anyone remember this?
shareIt's the multi-part Council of Doom saga, which is available on the Space Ghost and Dino-Boy DVD set. The storyline was ok, but the interaction between the characters was rather brief. Darrel McNeil, an animator and friend of designer Alex Toth, pitched an idea to H-B about a revived Space Ghost, built around the premise that he was like Michael Moorcock's "Eternal Champion," where Mightor, Birdman, and maybe others were different personnas of Space Ghost, in different eras. Sounded like an interesting idea.
