Never saw it. Was he the black guy who stood up in the audience to ask a question of Joe during a TV discussion scene? Joe and his anti-cop co-panelist were taking questions, most of which had a bad view of cops. This black guy dressed in colorful African clothes, approaches the mic and gives his name as a some long convoluted African name. Was this the guy?

He was the president of the Black Widow Party. But really although the character was cartoonish, it wasn't far off from the way things were back then. He was funny though. Right on brother Mondo Mabamba!!
