Funniest moment in the movie (without the aid of the MST3K crew)

It's obvious that Mike and the bots didn't have to work that hard for this movie, as there was more than enough material to work with.

For me, though, I think the funniest moment in the movie has got to be when Batwoman and the man are in a meeting and two girls suddenly start fighting over a horseshoe in the background. It was so completely out of left field that I was in tears from laughing so hard.

Arrr! Math be hard! Let's go shopping!

oh yeah, that was a great moment.

And the seance; " YING TONG CHING CHONG..." though this was made even better by the MST3K addition of 'We'd just like to apologise to everyone'

the whole dancing pill thing made me laugh too.

But the thing about this movie was that i got the MST3K version and didn't realise the actual movie WAS MEANT TO BE A COMEDY!! at least not until the end when they ripped off the Batman 'someday's you can't get rid of a bomb' routine, then it all made terrible sense.

I think the funniest scene in the actual movie comes right at the beginning.. when that guy gets held up for his wallet and suddenly two batgirls pop up from behind some trash cans. The "shocked" face made by the girl on the right is priceless! The best part is that her face keeps going back to normal and then instantly she's shocked again.. I guess she has a really short attention span and is genuinely horrified again every three seconds ;)

Watch this scene again, paying close attention the girl on the right, and tell me if this isn't the funniest thing ever!

oh yeh! how could i forget goldfish-shock girl!
another favourite part is just before that when they try to rob the guy. One of them pulls a gun on him and he responds by getting into a 'fisticuffs' pose! Surprisingly enough, they shoot him. And then the guy with the gun looks shocked, drops the gun and runs away. Guess he really believed that 'guns don't kill people' line.

The spirit speaking the Asian gibberish was funny...in a cringe inducing way!

"Ching Chong Wong Bong..."

I watch Shaw Brothers Hong Kong films and I know what a couple of Chinese dialects sound like.

"Wo dzem me jr dao?"
Mandarin Chinese/guo yu: How should I know?

Even a "critically acclaimed" film like Team America World Police has a mix of Korean and gibberish.

I like the bit with the two Batgirls fighting over a horseshoe! LOL! Or the bit where four characters are indifferent about the fact that that sexy brunette is dancing in a cage. Or the scene where a bomb explodes and a guy's feet are sticking in the air! WWOB is like a pleasant, colorful, surreal dream.

I agree! I was practically hysterical.

I've heard it both ways

1.The whole Chinese gibberish scene. So totally senseless and offensive...

2. The 'soup' scene where the bad guys are all wearing huge, Groucho Marx-type moustaches and everybody starts dancing.

3. the 'cut-in' scenes from The Mole People! Especially when Tiger is trying to make those scenes fit into the movie by telling the girl-on-a-rope(and that is hilarious enough in itself) that its the professor and that they've stopped to take a rest. I laughed so hard...

4. The chase around the table scene is just ridiculous! Especially with the silly music playing in the background and everybody grouped so close together.
