Chalkboard Help Please

Can anybody make out what the chalkboard in the kitchen on the right side of the backdoor says? I noticed it the most clearly at the 1:40 minute mark. I can only make out that it says what appears to be "Help!" at the top, but I cannot tell what anything else is, even pausing and squinting at it! lol Any and all help greatly appreciated! Thanks! 😄
