Anybody Happen To Know If The Catholic Church....

.....had any problems with this film, or any of the depictions of the nuns, the church, or the practices depicted in it, back when it was originally released (1966)?

Also wondering if they might have had any problems with the book it was based on ("Life with Mother Superior" by Jane Trahey (orig. publication date, 1962))
