From a pretty big Hitchcock fan... one of his worst

I own 24 Alfred Hitchcock films: 10 of the pre-1940 British films and 22 he made after that. Out of the 32 I own, this is certainly in the bottom 5.

I thought the story and dialogue was weak and the direction of Hitchcock was the weakest I've seen. Definitely not one of his underrated films like many say.
