How can I see this?

I would really like to see this film, but can't seem to find anywhere online that sells it. Does anyone know anyway I can see this?

It's available in the 'masters of cinema' series, but it's region 2! If you can play those, see http://www.eurekavideo.co.uk/moc/006.htm

The film shows up every so often on Turner Classic Movies. It was just on this weekend, I Tivo'd it, and copied it to DVD-R using Sony DVD recorder. TCM should show it again shortly.
