If I liked the first movie will I like the sequel?

I'm a Vincent Price film collector and buy every movie of his I can find. I see bad reviews of this film but I loved the first one.

If you are such a big Price fan, it is worth getting. His part is pretty extended, he clearly enjoyed it, and he is far and away the best thing in the film.

I also enjoyed Price's interactions with his idiot assistant in the first one. I don't think I saw him listed in the cast list to the second film. Thanks for the reply. I'll probably get it sometime.

I asked Price about this film while he was in England making WITCHFINDER GENERAL and he certainly did not enjoy it. The film is cr*p.

No fan of any film genre will like this movie. The first Goldfoot wasn't going to win any awards, but at least it was amusing and entertaining. This one is an utter mess. Goldfoot's sidekick is gone, the Italian post-production audio is extremely jarring, sped-up film for comedic affect, and worst of all, the two Italian "comedians" are terribly embarrassing. The girls in the movie are slightly hotter than the first (which is a feat) though and the movie does pick up a bit after a horrible start.

Here is a sample of the dialogue:

Idiot 1: Will you shut up? He's on the right track.
Idiot 2: How come you didn't say that?
Idiot 1: Because we'll beat him to the punch.
Idiot 2: Punch? What is he? Thirsty or something?
Idiot 1: You're gonna get a punched head!

Maybe in Italian it's funny or something, but I don't think anyone over the age of 7 would find that funny.

I saw the Italian version, Le spie vengono dal semifreddo. Loved it. The only bad part was not hearing Vincent Price's own voice throughout.

I've never seen the American version, but apparently each cut includes unique scenes. Most of the Italian version focused on the two comedians. I assume Fabian is the "star" of the American version? I barely saw him.

I though Bikini Machine was terrible.

Like another poster pointed out, this one has better ("hotter") women than the first one. That's the most important issue, lol.
