I only got to watch this up to after the blizzard, when they're bring back the longhorn cattle. So I was wondering if someone can tell me if Vindicator made it? Thanks. :)

Nope. Jimmy Stewart finds him buried in a snowbank come spring. But -- he was a busy bull before he died. He singled-hoofedly created a new breed of cattle.

We have to assume that it's Vindicator lying dead in the snow. Although at the end Hilary says that she likes to think that he is still out there somewhere.
