Yes, she was part of the NeoNazi's, as was the School Headmistress (The older blonde women), and the swimming pool attendant, who all met Quiller in the car outside the Nazi's lair !!

It is an excellent spy film albeit with a rather complex plot. Need to watch it over again to get it fully. However, I feel it contains the most beautiful actress ever to grace the screen,Senta Berger. Simply stunning. Worth watching just to see her.Shame she is a nazi in it
If you notice he goes back to the school in my mind to find out if she is back. He may even have known she was with the gang. And yes when he says they caught everyone, or almost everyone you know she is one of them. When he passes the blonde school teacher shoe ignores him and pulls a face when she goes by, meaning she who I already knew was a spy is in with them. And of course the guy who helped them was also a spy. I actually found all this well done
