Anyone able to give information please?

1. Was this shot in 16mm as stated in the background material? ORTF specified 16mm and IMO it looks like it. IMDB do not give the data online but the DVD booklet gives '35mm print' as the transfer source.

2. What happened to the missing 6 min - if IMDB's 100 min is correct? (Criterion's stated and actual runtime is 94 min).
