This movie is in the Public Domain, which means that it has been released by zillions of different video companies. However, every single one I've ever seen is of atrocious quality. Does anyone know of an excellent quality copy available anywhere? Overseas, perhaps? Help!
shareHi, I can relate to this question! I just picked up a $1.99 DVD Called: 'Yul Brynner' with 3 feature movies. Port of new york, death rage and 'poppies' I have a couple diffrent dvds with this movie because I am an Angie Dickinson fan and I felt this may be the clearest version yet. I just noticed on the back it says: dolby digital,5.1 virtual sound and "carfully re-mastered for best possible picture quality". . Don't get your hopes up too high. I don't know why nobody has the technology to do this interesting movie right. I belive this may be the clearest version yet...
