Filmed at Greystone - Hollywood's workhorse for all productions requiring a manor house setting.

It belongs to the city of Beverley Hills and they have been taking great pains to restore it over the years, so it's sort of shocking to see what had been done to the mansion by the mid-sixties. They painted all the entry stair (a masterpiece of wood carving) institutional green... Hard to imagine a time when you could get away with that in a historical building.
