How it is considered as a horror film?

It is definitely psychological drama and not actual horror movie like Night of the Living Dead (1968). I'm just a little surprised that it is listed as a horror film while Black Swan (2010) isn't because it has more of horror in it.

There's something wrong with Esther.

I don't get it either. There's nothing horror about this. In b4 "but it was horror in 1966!!!!!". No it wasn't.
