Does anyone have a copy of this?

I saw this once in the mid seventies on tv and it really affected me. Very dark, moody and bleak. Whenever I think of Oliver Reed this film comes to mind more than all his big ones; he had a real presence. I believe Nic Roeg was involved in the camerawork too which is usually a sign of real class. The necrophilia theme was one he returned to in his own 'Bad Timing'.
I would love to buy a copy or swap for something. Please contact me at [email protected]

Sorry Clive but I do not have a copy of this film.Like yourself I have been trying to obtain one. What surprised me was when you said it had been on TV.
Was it British TV?
Can you remember what channel it was on?

Best Wishes
Jim

HI Jim, it was British tv yes. It was before the days of Channel 4 which reduces it down to 3 options: BBC1, BBC2 or ITV but I really can't remember which I'm afraid. I'll let you know if I find out anything.
Cheers

Hi,

This probably sounds weird but do you remember selling me a copy of 'The Party's Over' a year or so ago? I did buy a dvd of it but can't remember who from; I can't play it on any of 3 players or various pc's. It's just that if this wasn't from you then your copy may be better/playable & I'd be very interested in purchasing it.
