I've seen this one and The Red Balloon and really liked both of them. Any other recommendations along these lines of films?
Oh, this would be great to show to the school children...would go over really well in geography class.
Bill Mason made a lot of these wonderful little short films. "Paddle" is only the most famous (-the one that got an Oscar nomination, no less)
Another great one is "Rise and Fall of the Great Lakes" which shows a canoeist trapped in time travel among the various geological periods of the reat Lakes. Yes, educational, but very funny too, which should actually make some of the learning stick.
