YEAH! I'M CHEROKEE JACK!

Isn't it sad to think that this is probably the best of the horrible Coleman Francis trilogy? Well at least John Carradine's commanding performance keeps the plot interesting for at least the 3 seconds we see him in this film.......I'm sorry did i call this a film? My mistake, I mean, trainwreck. But I must say Cherokee Jack deserves his own film, he's the Boba Fett of B-movies, so mysterious, such an enigma. Also, I do like "Night Train To Mundo Penis" theme song. At least I thought it was a song.

Cherokee Jack is the greatest minor role in film history. I have adopted 'I'm Cherokee Jack!' as my catchphrase. It's Zen; meaningless, yet containing all the wisdom of the Universe. In our own way, each one of us is Cherokee Jack, and that is what Coleman was trying to say with his wonderful film.

reply

please say ur being sarcastic by saying this is a good film

reply

It's a great film.... well it is with Mike, Crow and Servo. I haven't laughed so hard since I first saw Space Mutiny (MSTied!). Who the hell gave Coleman Francis some money to make films?!?!?!

true dat

Man, Cherokee Jack should get his own film! His part was too short! The combination of his lousy performance and his bad writing skills should have made for a barrel of unintentional laughs.

Now that Hollywood has made 'The Chronicles of Riddick' based on the Riddick character in 'Pitch Black,' can "The Journeys of Cherokee Jack" be far behind?

reply

also they shoud make the show "Zap and Troy: The Legendary Journeys"

reply

That would be excellent. I bet Rowsdower aged well.

Hmm, Cherokee Jack and his sidekick Pawnee Pete fly in and save the day! The hero will always declaim his trademark: "I'm Cherokee Jack!" as he fights crime and cleans up the world!

On a recent episode of "The Office," Michael Scott showed his home-made movie "Threat Level Midnight" - which had a character called Cherokee Jack.

And it was the worst episode the Office ever did

reply

It was supposed to be bad since it was Michael's amateur movie. Michael could have been the next Coleman Francis... and "The Office" has had much worse episodes after Carell left.
