Daylight horror
Horror with the action set primarily in daylight is notoriously hard to pull off. This film did it admirably.

shareWould like to see a reboot of this film.
shareSome are saying Mel Gibson borrowed heavily from it for his Apocilipto, which I haven't scene.
shareA reboot? Why? It's already in color (for the B&W phobes), filmed on location, and has a strong cast. What else is needed? Plus, it would undoubtedly be spoiled by PC BS.
shareI wouldn't consider this a horror film, but I will admit it's intense as all hell. I think the sunlight made the situation worse because the heat would drain your energy pretty fast and having the sun in your eyes would make it hard to navigate.
