Is that Shelly Berman?

In the scene where Roger sees Herman walk by with the wolf, he stops and asks a man if he saw a tall, green creature. The man, a drunk with a drink in his hand, tells Roger he sees them all the time. That man looked like Shelly Berman, but I don't see Berman in the credits list. Does anyone know if that was Berman or not?
