Rented this flick out at the local library almost a decade ago and loved it---it was funny to see a Cuban director name all the Amercian influences on this particular film--I'm just wondered how he (the director) was able to get a comedy made that critiques the bureaucratic system--maybe it was a favorite of Castro's or something? Wroth watching if you like old-school foreign films---like I do.
