Speaking of strippers talking, I notice that IMDB has Darlene Grey as being born in Maidenhead, Berkshire, England, UK. Unless she moved to the US as a wee child, there is no way she could have an American accent, right? This leads me to believe that Russ had voiceover actresses doing the strippers vocal "interviews".
