No answer on your video question of the song, but there is an interesting note concerning the audio. On the soundtrack album Louis Prima does not sing Pensate Amore. Likewise on the Disney soundtrack for That Darn Cat, Bobby Darrin does not sing the title song, but is instead substituted by Louis Prima!

Its actually a scene where Fred and Wilma are together. Its kinda a lightly comical/romantic spin on the balcony scene from Romeo and Juliet. And I actually found it on youtube:

I really didn't care for this movie much as a kid because it was too much of a departure from the tv show. Same with A BOY NAMED CHARLIE BROWN, so different from the tv cartoons, in both cases the features were obviously made trying to get a more general audience than just kids.
