Tanya Malichite=Madame Razz?

I just watched this movie and enjoyed it. One character stuck out for me, though. Tanya, the contact that Fred/Rock was supposed to have met had her hat pulled down over the top of her head with eyeholes. I kept trying to remember who she reminded me of and then it hit me: Madam Razz, the bungling witch from "She-Ra: Princess of Power". Both characters even had similar skin coloring. Was I the only one who thought that?
