REVENGE OF THE LIVING DEAD

In the early 70's, there was an infamous triple bill frequenting drive-ins around the US, the TV commercial featuring an unfortunate patron now in a strait-jacket after viewing all three, heavily edited foreign titles. REVENGE OF THE LIVING DEAD was actually THE MURDER CLINIC (1966), CURSE OF THE LIVING DEAD was actually Mario Bava's KILL, BABY, KILL (1966), and FANGS OF THE LIVING DEAD was actually Amando de Ossorio's MALENKA, NIECE OF THE VAMPIRE (1968). I first viewed THE MURDER CLINIC on Pittsburgh's CHILLER THEATER in the late 70's, but for many years was unaware that this was the original title for REVENGE... Now to see if this is the same Barabara Wilson whose memorable opening scene in THE FLESH EATERS, another CHILLER THEATER favorite, left such a gorgeous impression on me.

I vividly remember watching this film in late seventies late night TV.

I thought it was hilarious and fun, even as a middle schooler.

I found the trailer on Youtube:
