Why Is This Movie So Expensive Everywhere?

I want this movie badly to add to my Peter Cushing collection. However, no matter where I look onlline, I cannot find a copy under fifteen quid.

Why is this movie so expensive everywhere? I mean, there must be something special about it to command such an invariably high price.

Cheap copy, anybody?
