This was no made-for-TV movie
No network would have shown this crap.
shareI have noticed that there a number of films classified as TV movies on IMDB from the '60s that I don't believe were actually that. Don't know why they were designated as such, either.
No blah, blah, blah!
I have noticed that as well. I will attempt to update/correct this one.
shareThere is no way to correct this.
shareI believe it's the format, and the fact it was never run at the theaters. They made movies like this to run in the later hours, usually 11:30 after the news, and before the channel would sign off.
shareComputer says, "Nah."
This was part of an American International Studios package of cheap B-films that were made to be shown exclusively at drive-ins back then. That is a fact. Early made-for-TV movies shown by the three major networks of the day were of varying quality, but ALL were better than this trash. Larry Buchanan would never have been hired by a major studio or TV network after the garbage like this that he made for AI. Those are opinions.
