References to 60s TV Commercials

There are at least two passing references to popular TV commercials of the 1960s.

In an early meeting between the band and their boss, one of the guys says, "Mother, please, I'd rather do it myself!" (Anacin)

Near the end, a TV newsman reads protest signs held by band fans. One of them mentions that they'd "rather fight than switch." (Tareyton cigarettes) Sue Anne Langdon even sports a black eye, which was part of the commercial.
