Yes. Lou Antonio. He was in many TV shows in the 70's; I think Ironside on NBC.

Yep, that was good ol' Lou Antonio, perhaps best known as the other half-black, half-white figure on the original Star Trek episode, along with Frank Gorshin (the Riddler on 1960s Batman), but I always enjoyed when he was a chimpanzee turned into a man on Bewitched as well.
