What's the name of that chicken-thing?

Godzilla blasts a vulture/turkey/chicken bird.

This creature is not listed in the Godzilla compendium, nor do they call it anything in the film.

Can anyone identify it?

BTW, it also appears in Godzilla's Revenge.

What is it?

It's driving me crazy!!!

It's just called the Giant Condor

Just FYI, in Godzilla's Revenge, it's just stock footage from Godzilla vs the Sea Monster.
And, I think it's just called the Giant Condor. I don't think it has a special name.

in Japan it is known as Okonduru (sic, probably) tranlsated inot Giant Condor

The weird thing is, in the Japanese version of "Godzilla's Revenge", Ichiro identifies the giant condor as "Oowashi".

"Oowashi" is used in a film. "Okandoru" is used in Toho reference books. "Giant Condor" is pretty much the English translation.

Its a reincarnation of the Japanese version of Jesus Christ, but looks more like the soul of Howdy Doody. So obvious.

The Giant Condor is the Giant Claw's second cousin.
