I recently saw DR GOLDFOOT, in which Frankie, Annette, Walley, Kincaid, etc. make appearances. In the closing credits, those who did cameos were listed as "coming soon in THE GIRL IN THE GLASS BIKINI." This movie seems to be the next one in the series, but the title is now different. Did I miss something?

I know I am a bit slow in replying to this (two years!) but the titles you mentioned were PROPOSED but, as far as I know, were never used. The only title this movie was ever shown as is The Ghost in the Invisible Bikini.
