Long ago question, but people coming to the boards now, may want to know, the answer is, yes.
This is very camp in the vein of the Dr. Goldfoot movies and a cross of the beach party movies of the 60s.
Henry Kendrick as Eric Von Zipper and his Rat Pat, have a good number of scenes. I know there's a cult following for this character, which is why I include that info.
Also, Deborah Wallet of Beach Blanket Bingo and Dr. Goldfoot and The Bikini Machine is one of the stars.
Lots of beach party type scenes, girls in bikinis and surfer guys, transplanted to the mansion.
If you watch it in the spirit it was made, then you'll like it.
