Really the same mansion?

The filming location gives the address of the mansion as 7 Harley Rd, Hampstead, London. However, looking at it on Google Earth doesn't seem to be the same house that I remember from the movie. Does anyone else feel this way? Has the neighborhood changed that much in 50 years?
