Who was the harmonica player?

When Elvis sang the song on the street about "natural born loser", there was a young black man (teenager) who played the harmonica beautifully. He appears to be uncredited and I was wondering who he was. Did he play the instrument or was this dubbed? I always like to hear a good blues harmonica player!
