Now here is a movie that could use a remake/reimagining

My idea would be kinda diffrent from this one where the aliens come to a small town in secret and started to trap girls in giant bubbles with there bubble guns. Or small alien ufo spacecraft and then take them back to there larger spaceship to both observe and to impregnate the women because there race is dying!

Of course someone will come to save the girls and beat the aliens.

As for which actors i would like to see i,m not really sure,But as for actresess my choices are:

1.Jessica Alba
2.Lacey Chabert
3.Rachel McAdams
4.Rose Mcgowan
5.Scarlett Johansson

It sure does. And people are saying he ripped off the Simpsons Movie...I'd say the Bubble is a far likelier candidate for a King ripoff.

A new series based on the Stephen King story or book or whatever will be on TV soon---it's called THE DOME,and TFIOPE is the first thing I thought of---I haven't seen it since I was a kid--just goes to show old ideas get recycled and updated as new over and over again.

While it's absolutely plausible that King is familiar with this flick, "The Bubble" was itself a pretty blatant ripoff of the 1964 "Twilight Zone" episode "Stopover in a Quiet Town." They added a third character with the airplane pilot (er... and a fourth if you count Deborah Walley's baby), but otherwise it's an almost-identical story.
