It's fnally being released in the U.S.

This wonderful film will be released at the end of January 2009 by Wham! USA and is available for pre-order at Amazon.com. Come on all of you Hayley fans in the US. Show your support and buy a copy, and let the dvd distributors see that there is a good solid audience out there for other Hayley films. Maybe we can see The Chalk Garden, The Truth about Spring, Whistle Down the Wind, Take a Girl Like you, The Bananas Boat, Kingfisher Caper, Back Home, A Matter of Innocence, Gypsy Girl, and Appointment With Death on future release schedules. This is one of Hayley's best non Disney films. She was beautiful in it, and proved that she could successfully transform from child star to accomplished adult actress. Also, her dad Sir John was outstanding in this film, as well as a super fantastic cast. If your not a Hayley Mills' fan, you will be when you see this fantastic movie. They certainly don't make high quality films like this anymore, and certainly don't have actors who give quality high standard performances like this in films they make today. Let's make this film a hit in the USA and show studios there is an audience for high quality and well acted films.
