I saw this on IFC recently and it is a weird little movie from Brazil. It seems to be almost a twisted WIZARD OF OZ retelling (although, I'm not sure that's it's intention). It's pretty low-budget, but it's interesting. It's hard to go too much into without giving stuff away, but if you like funky horror, this is worth a look.
shareI caught the beginning of this after watching the IFC Anime segment. I usually hate B&W stuff but this movie is crazy! I've got it on my list. I definitely plan to finish it.
