the tall skinny man that stalks him...

right before the descent into hell sequence is one of the creepiest things I've ever seen. The guy looks like a walking Alberto Giacometti sculpture! Since he reminded me of a Giacometti sculpture I thought it would have been great if he was the one who pulled Ze down into the netherworld kind of like the statue did in Don Giovanni. I'm assuming that the guy or creature or whatever it's supposed to be is played by the actor known as Graveto since that means stick in Portuguese. I wonder if he had ever worked as a circus sideshow attraction down in Brazil.
